- $100 an hour, 10 hour minimum
Includes Assistant Coordinator (4) hours*
Additional Services
- Set-up $350**
- Tear Down $250**
- Additional Assistant Coordinators $20 each, 4 hour minimum
- Favor assembly $50 an hour
- Visitor’s welcome bag assembly $50 an hour
- Travel .50 cents per mile and (2) night stay hotel expenses
*Events over 250 guests will require 1 additional Assistant Coordinator 4 hour minimum for every additional 100 guests.
** An additional charge will be applied to events over 250 guests
